Covenant Membership is required for serving roles that involve leading, shepherding, teaching and/or oversight of ministries or people. Covenant Membership is not required for other serving roles. Following the submission of this form, the appropriate person will contact you to organize a follow-up conversation and talk about next steps.

Prior to serving in any areas (member or non-member roles) that involve students and/or children, volunteers must have been attending Crosspoint for at least 6 months and undergone a background check. Both of these steps are in place for the protection of our volunteers and children.

Your Social Security number is required to conduct the background check. Upon receipt of this application, a leader will be in contact separately to get the number from you privately. Your number will not be shared.
