Rooted Pledge Commitment Card - Online

Pledge Sunday is March 22, where we'll be turning in Rooted pledge cards as a part of our regular Sunday gathering. If you're not in attendance that day, you can either mail or drop off your card to the church office, or submit this online form. Please do so by the end of April, if possible.

Like the paper pledge cards, these online forms will be kept confidential. Commitments may be changed at any time by contacting Pastor Dave S.
